Merry Christmas to all my OH Family and Friends

Greetings everyone,

I just wanted to take a minute to wish all my OH Family and Friends a very Merry Christmas. I apologize for not being around as of late, but my work schedule was kind of hectic and I am still trying to get in the swing of things. I tried posting a few times from my iPhone but OH wouldnt let me LOL.

As the year comes to an end, I want to thank everyone for their support and advise in my adventure after WLS. There were times that I didnt know where to turn. But I could always could count on the people here for help to get me through the issues I was experiencing.

In closing, I would just like us all to remember that we are here for each other and to share a quote that I will use as my motto for the new year:

If we all continue to support each other, we have no choice but to succeed in our Weight Loss Journey.

Best of luck with your work, I know exactly what you mean by hectic as I am in the same boat as well.
